Winnipeg Art Therapy has no limitations towards prospective clients and welcomes all people, with any personal concerns and conflicts regarding mental health, development, and wellness.
Individual Therapy
Art psychotherapy and play therapy for individuals experiencing an inner conflict, severe mental illness, trauma, addictions, behavioural issue(s), developmental delay, and/or in need of personal growth and development.
Family Therapy
Art therapy, verbal therapy, and play therapy for families who would like to work on finding, coping, and managing a balance in their family dynamic. Also includes therapy for trauma recovery, grief and loss, and divorce.
Group Therapy
Art therapy for groups of adults, youth, or children;
Couples Therapy
Art therapy and verbal therapy for couples who wish to build on their communication, need to resolve a conflict, to solidify their trust, and/or who are experiencing sexual concerns
Workshops
Art therapy workshops for staff development in educational institutions, resource centres, shelters, professional associations, and community outreach.
Guest Speaker
Guest speaker for educational institutions and universities to educate and introduce the field of art therapy, counselling and psychotherapy directives, and psycho-education.
Supervision
Art therapy supervision for students enrolled in a graduate art therapy program.

All services are offered on a sliding scale; fees are adjusted for every client's financial stability.
