Natasha is a compassionate and dedicated therapist nearing the completion of her Master's degree in Psychotherapy and Spirituality at St. Stephen’s College in Edmonton, Alberta. Originally from the west coast of British Columbia, she now resides in Winnipeg, where she balances her professional work with being a homeschooling parent, artist, and life with dis/ability.
Natasha is passionate about the connection between mental health, healing, and the arts, and she uses creative expression as a tool for self-discovery and growth. She values the importance of mind, body, and spirit in the healing process and integrates this holistic perspective into her work. Natasha’s approach is grounded in authenticity and a strengths-based mindset, focusing on the inherent resilience and potential each person brings to their healing journey.
Natasha specializes in grief, long-term health conditions, neurodivergence, and counselling for children and adolescents. She is also passionately dedicated to social justice, helping clients navigate the intricacies of identity, societal pressures, and systemic barriers. She provides a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore these issues with compassion and respect.
